WARRANTY

Products under warranty are considered those for which the time specified by the manufacturer has not passed and have not been damaged by external factors in their individual parts, such as indicatively the cutting of cables, oxidation, external shocks, alteration and damage from overvoltage of the power supply network . The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as stated in the legal document of the product, it has a duration depending on the product, as defined by the manufacturer. Our company is not responsible for the proper functioning of free services provided by the manufacturer. A product under warranty can be replaced with the same or a newer model of similar external appearance and technical characteristics.

Returns

Product returns due to shipping error or order cancellation are accepted within 10 calendar days of purchase based on the sales document and after consultation with the technical department. The basic condition for the return of products is the issuance of a Shipping Note and the completion of the return material form (RMA). The products must be returned to our company in the same condition as received by the customer, without alterations to the packaging or the product. Otherwise, our company reserves the right of non-receipt.

Inspection and repairs

Receiving products: Before sending the product to our company, your prior communication with the technical department is necessary. The product to be sent must necessarily be accompanied by the shipping note and the return material form (RMA) with a detailed description of the problem. Our company is not obliged to repair damage to materials not purchased by us. Standard inspection and repair time is 2-5 business days. For special cases where more time is required, we will keep you informed. In case of inability to repair by the Technical Department of our company, the device may be assigned to the manufacturer and the waiting time may reach 60 working days. The devices are sent by the technical department of our company, with the factory settings. Therefore, Viladonis is not responsible for any loss of data or software from the device and is not responsible for any claim made by third parties or by the customer on behalf of third parties. Our company is not responsible for possible damage that may be caused to the device during its transport from the customer to our headquarters, or in case of damage to the device during its transport to the customer. The maximum liability borne by our company is limited expressly and exclusively to the price paid for the product or the cost of repairing or replacing any product that does not function properly and under normal conditions.

Charges

For each return of products to our company, the customer assumes the cost of transport, while for sending the repaired products to the customer, the cost is borne by our company. In the event of a shipping error on our part, the shipping costs for their return are borne by us, as long as the shipment is made with the cooperating courier company, General Post. By sending the products for return, the customer accepts all the above conditions as well as the applicable price list of charges of the Technical Department.
