FUNCTIONALITY

COMMON INTERFACE FOR ALL SYSTEMS

A management software guarantees:

greater safety management efficiency within the facility
a common interface and standardized alarm notification
collects data from all devices and facilities simultaneously

It is designed to maximize ease of use for the operator. The practical ‘drag and drop’ feature allows VENO to be easily set up in editing mode. In addition, large icons make working on the touch screen more efficient. It is also possible to work simultaneously on multiple screens.

NOTIFICATION VIA ALARM

Verification and control of incoming alarms from all systems.
Alert notifications are displayed in the top bar with detailed information about the system and the device it originated from.
Blocking a status when notification is lost – alarm is indicated by going to the specific panel, flashing and changing the color of the image. The alarm disappears after confirmation by the operator.

COMMENT FOR EACH ALARM – it may be necessary for the operator to add a comment to the displayed alarm, so the alarm will not go away until the comment is added.

ILLUSTRATION OF FACILITIES

Working with VENO software begins with the implementation of a multi-level visualization of the monitoring installation by the administrator. The details of the display are determined by the needs and preferences of the administrator – VENO imposes no restrictions. Depending on the permissions set by the administrator, the operator can access all selected installations or the entire installation. With the addition of maps, 2D drawings, 3D views or photographs of the facility. Ability to load an image of the entire building complex, as well as specific buildings, floors and rooms. Interactive icons – library of icons to adjust the display and the ability to add individual icons. NAVIGATION – easy navigation of the installation visualization, thanks to the full-screen preview and the ability to zoom in and out of selected sections in the same panel. Thanks to the interactive icons, the operator can see all the devices that work in CCTV, fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control systems and more, in one view, so that his work becomes easier. Icons can be selected from a ready-made library or the operator can add his own.

The administrator can create complex scenarios of system reactions to alarms. It can select multiple items at once and assign specific reactions to it. The administrator assigns scenarios to one or more, or to all monitoring centers as well as to selected facilities throughout the facility. Automatic scripts make the work of operators easier.
Alarm script triggering is based on SCHEDULES. Depending on individual needs, the operator can create many different schedules related to day, time or specific events.

EVENT LOG FILE

Information about events from all security systems is automatically recorded in one database.
The “saw” advanced search module allows you to filter events by date, system or device type and more (export to PDF and CSV).

NOTIFICATIONS VIA CLIENT APPLICATION, E-MAIL, SMS

Depending on the needs and settings of the administrator, alarm notifications can be sent, only to the local monitoring center, to the selected group of operators or to everyone. The information can also be sent by email or SMS to the appropriate staff, e.g. to the system administrator or installation technician.
